Proficiency in English, German is a plus. Experience in with characterization of magnetic devices; characterization of RF devices is a strong plus....
- Technology development for RF-based magnetic devices, specifically circulators, from concept to prototype.
- Collaborate with process engineers to develop magnetic devices fabrication processes in an R&D clean room facility.
- Microfabrication and prototyping in cleanroom facility from small size samples up to 200 mm wafer level technology.
- Advanced characterization and testing of developed RF devices (electrical, structural, magnetic, …)
- Scientific communication, reporting of research results, documentation, generating new intellectual property including patent applications, writing of proposals.
- Master 5 years of relevant working experience/ PhD in relevant field (education in magnetics, spintronics, high-frequency, physics, microtechnology or similar fields)
- Microfabrication experience in cleanroom, preferably for magnetics-based or RF-based devices
- Experience in with characterization of magnetic devices; characterization of RF devices is a strong plus
- Proficiency in English, German is a plus
- A team player with good communication skills
- Genuine interest in applied research, industrial applications, and scientific progress
- Willingness to relocate to Austria/Villach.
