Our business
Your tasks
- Responsible for monthly global Energy reporting and forecasting process of all relevant financial KPIs and delivers consolidated numbers in time, high quality, in compliance with group wide standards and guidelines to Energy leadership team and OMV group.
- Manage annual Budgeting process and deliverables to ensure consistent, high quality planning data for Senior Management.
- Responsible for defining and driving implementation of Energy reporting guidelines, regulations and standards.
- Constantly monitor, improve the quality of management reports/information (KPIs used, data reliability) and challenge Energy business in all profit improvement activities.
- Monitor reporting system and database standards as well as support in implementing SAP standards within Energy.
- Develop and enforce binding Energy wide reporting standards; define and implement (IT) systems, tools and processes for monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Monitor of development of CGUS with regards to impairment as well as calculating impairment test according to IFRS 6 and IAS 36 and impairment guideline.
- Responsible for coordinating all Controlling activities in the MTP with the Planning team, as well as with Corporate Controlling, Group Reporting, Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, Risk Management and Solutions.
- Develop the Energy Operational Controlling team.
- Enable excellent cooperation with the Energy Performance team as well as all other Energy Finance teams.
Your profile
- You have a Masters Degree in Controlling, Economics or Finance.
- You have minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Relevant experience in Finance and/or Economics and/or Planning.
- Experience with Controlling & Finance tools (TM1, HFM, Palantir, SAP).
- Knowledge about state of the art controlling reporting and how to apply them in a corporate environment.
- Understanding of financial management, fiscal regimes, commercial terms and contracts as well as planning processes.
