We are seeking a collaborative (senior) trading operations expert who wants to design the best customer experience with our augmented traders and software engineers. as part of our handpicked team of experts, you
- are the first point of contact for already existing customers,
- take part in the onboarding of new customers,
- understand the requirements of each grid operator in terms of nomination format and deadlines
- make sure power is flowing the right way and all after-trade processes are working,
- lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets,
- coordinate with other internal communities (augmented trading, IT, finance) to create the best customer experience
- optimise and automate processes,
- and discover and eliminate operational risk.

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and
- have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power markets
- value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
- preferably bring some coding experience,
- have a background in either business, IT, natural sciences, or similar,
- have great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset,
- are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems
- are fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus
