Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

We’re hiring a self-motivated System Project Manager for Secure and Smart Car Access System. The role involves coordinating of a cross-functional & multi-site project team to develop an automotive UWB solutions for secure access, localization and radar.
The successful candidate will work directly with customer to align deliverables within the applicable scope.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Driving execution of UWB SoC development programs from concept definition to customer integration

• Understanding of technical details for close cooperation with the engineering team

• Drive decision making process across projects and organizations

• Responsibility for project planning, project budget, resources and management of external suppliers

• Represent project / program towards high level management and customers

• Translate business requirements into R&D activities; close cooperation Product Management Teams

• Definition of proper project staffing and alignment with the resource manager(s)

• Manage customer deliverables in alignment with the RnD team and Product Management

• Active stakeholder management towards internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

• Master or Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering / computer science or equivalent

• Familiar with the complexity of international organizations

• >10 years of experience in project/program management

• Strong analytical skills and structured way of working, project management tool knowledge

• Driving personality

• Excellent presentation skills

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to build trust and respect with the teams

• Excellent English skills (conversation and writing)

• Knowledge of Automotive Industry (e.g. ISO TS 16949) is a plus

• PMI certification or similar is a plus
