In our high-growth, execution-focused software company, we’re looking for an individual to join our team as an Order Management Analyst. This role will assist on key administrative aspects of the opportunity close process. The role will ensure data integrity and accuracy of our opportunities and provide internal stakeholders quality control, troubleshooting, and financial metrics. For external customers, the role will assist as an onboarding liaison.
The ideal candidate can navigate both high-volume and high-profile internal and external customers. This role will collaborate with colleagues across product, sales, legal, IT and finance to support a collaborative environment and drive accurate order management. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with sales and renewal specialists to ensure accurate opportunities related to billing fields and financial metrics.
  • Maintain precise records in the CRM system (Salesforce) for reporting annual recurring revenue (ARR) and bookings results.
  • Assist with customer onboarding by setting up purchase orders and supplier portals to ensure timely processing and payments.
  • Promptly address external and internal customer queries, requests, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, particularly the Deal Desk, to ensure orders align with customer expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance field preferred.
  • Highly organized, efficient with strong attention to details.
  • Excellent work ethic, self-aware, transparent, and open to feedback.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume and multiple deadlines.
  • Strong quantitative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experiences with Salesforce preferred.
  • Demonstrates initiative and critical problem-solving skills.
