Currently, the company is expanding business in Vienna while opening a new position of the Logistics Coordinator who will play a pivotal role as a launcher between internal departments and external Clients.

Responsibilities:
  • after-sales service organization and coordination of transport & planning duties,
  • taking care of entire shipment management processes in the Austrian market,
  • creating a delivery and installation schedule in cooperation with other departments,
  • managing and monitoring the level of logistical services provided (administrative activities),
  • keeping delivery deadlines.
Requirements:
  • prior experience in logistics and transport,
  • well-developed organizational and time-management skills,
  • ability to embrace multifunctional role and work in a fast-paced environment,
  • fluent in German (C1) & English (C1),
  • readiness to work in the field (50% of working time).
