Sales Event Merchandise Assistant

IVS Group Ltd, in partnership with Deel, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Event Merchandise Assistant to join our dynamic team as a Contractor/Self-employed at Ernst Happel Stadion, Vienna, Austria, Meiereistraße 7, 1020 Wien, Austria (Taylor Swift concert). You will play a key role in enhancing the concert experience for fans by selling a range of exclusive merchandise items.

Working days: from Tuesday 6th August to Saturday 10th August

Working hours / 8-10 hours per day

Pay rate: €15,00 per hour.

Job Duties:

• Count stock items before and after the event.
• Display stock on selling units.
• Sell merchandise at the start of operating hours.
• Process transactions using the cashless payment system.
• Interact with enthusiastic fans and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and promptly notify team leaders or managers when stock is low.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the merchandise area throughout the event.
• Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Skills:

• Affinity for music and live events.
• Good level of German and English speaker
• Prior retail or hospitality experience is beneficial, but the most important thing is a hardworking, positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to communicate confidently and clearly with customers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise boxes when required.
